What we actually do
We do one category of work rather than general clearance. That means garden and outbuilding structures: timber sheds, metal sheds, plastic and resin stores, greenhouses, summerhouses, log cabins, workshops, timber and concrete garages, carports, aviaries, stables and the bases underneath them. Every job includes dismantling, loading, removing the waste and sweeping the site.
Because it is all we do, our crews carry the right kit as standard: reciprocating saws, breakers for concrete slabs, panel lifting straps for sectional garage panels, and sheeting for controlled handling of asbestos cement where a licensed specialist is required.
Insurance and waste licensing
Every crew that attends a job works under public liability insurance, and we will provide the certificate in writing before the work starts if you ask for it. We do not send uninsured subcontractors to residential addresses.
Waste is only ever taken to a permitted transfer station or recycling facility, and a waste transfer note is issued for the load. This matters legally: in the UK and Ireland the householder holds a duty of care for their own waste, so if a cheap operator fly-tips your shed you can be the one fined. A waste transfer note is your proof that the material went somewhere legitimate.
Asbestos cement sheeting — common in garage roofs and older shed roofs — is never broken up on site by a general crew. It is handled under the correct notification and disposal route for your region, and it is priced separately and transparently.
How quoting works
- You send your postcode, a rough size and two or three photos.
- We reply by email with a written fixed price, normally within 24 hours.
- The quote states what is included: dismantling, base, disposal and clean-up.
- We ask for a minimum of five working days lead time to schedule a crew.
- There is no on-site checkout, no doorstep price increase and no obligation.
